Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania: Equatorial Commercial Bank Ltd (ECB), Kenya, has chosen eCard Solutions Ltd. (ECS) as its preferred Third Party Processor (TPP) for its processing needs. The significant project at hand will cover the issuance of Branded EMV Cards and the acquiring of all major brands on POS and ATM in a fully EMV compliant framework.
ECB, through its Card division Senator Cards, has partnered with ECS to bring together a higher level of security to its clients and also bring the Bank to the forefront of Card technology by being one of the first banks in Kenya to provide Branded EMV. “This is in line with the Banks overall strategy to leverage on technology and increase customer satisfaction,” says Mr. Mubarak Mamdani, Head Card Business.
